The Coachella Day
Your SUV and driver for ten hours: $2,300 per SUV per day, gratuity included. After ten hours, $230 an hour. BMW X7, Escalade or Suburban. Larger groups: Sprinters and mini coaches, quoted to your group size and schedule. One vehicle or a whole fleet, on one booking and one invoice. A 50% deposit holds your weekend and is non-refundable.
Getting in and out of the festival
With a festival car pass, which most brands and hosts buy for their vehicles, we drop off and pick up on site. Without one, we use the festival car drop-off at Madison Street and Avenue 52, and we are waiting when you are ready to leave. On the day we take the back roads and handle the traffic and the parking. When you are ready to go, one text and we are there.
Flying in for Coachella?
Many of our guests fly in from Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York. We meet you at Palm Springs Airport, or at Jacqueline Cochran (Thermal) for private aircraft, minutes from the festival. Your driver for the whole stay, not just the festival.

Our flagship BMW X7 has a premium Harman Kardon surround sound system, a built-in refrigerator stocked with bottled water and Gatorade for the desert heat, onboard Wi-Fi, chargers at every seat, and power seats that move aside so guests step in and out in seconds. Your driver knows every approach road and handles the festival parking passes.
