The Film Awards Night package
Film Awards Night with After-Party: 4:00 pm to midnight, eight hours, your driver and car for the whole evening. $1,400 plus gratuity; after midnight, $175 an hour. Flagship BMW X7. Hosting a table? Escalades and Sprinters are available through our partner network, quoted on request.
How the night works
The festival sets the route, the vehicle credentials and the chauffeur waiting area fresh every year. We confirm this year's arrangements with the festival office in writing before the night, and we tell you exactly which credential to request in your name, so we are routed to the chauffeur lane and not to self-parking. On the night we take the designated approach roads, clear the security check and wait in the chauffeur area. When you are ready to leave, one text and we are there.
Flying in for the gala?
Many of our gala guests fly in from San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. We meet you at Palm Springs Airport, or at Jacqueline Cochran (Thermal) for private aircraft, and we can drive you in from Los Angeles. Your driver for the whole stay, not just the night.
Booking for a table, a client or a company?
Event planners, assistants and corporate hosts: we handle one guest or a whole table, with one point of contact, one confirmation and one invoice. Discretion is standard.
