If your ride occurs during surge hours, such as late at night, the surge pricing will apply, but you'll still get 20% off the surged rate.
How it works:
- For non-airport rides within a 20-mile radius of Palm Springs, you'll get 20% off the standard $80 rate when you purchase a three-ride bundle, bringing it down to $64 per ride. If in the middle of the night the surge rate will be $96 with the discount the surge pricing is only $76.80. So your total pricing to buy your 3 ride bundle:
- $192.40(non-surge 3 ride package)
- $230.40 (surge pricing 3 ride package)
- For airport transfers within that same radius, you'll get 20% off the standard $120 rate, bringing it down to $96 per ride when you purchase a bundle. If in the middle of the night the surge rate will be $144 with the discount the surge pricing is only $115.20

Why Add Wait Time Plus?
Flight delays are more common than you might think—around 22.5% of flights in the U.S. experience delays. We know that one of the biggest worries travelers have is the fear of their driver leaving if they’re delayed.
Our Standard Policy
Typically, we offer a 30-minute grace period for domestic flights and a 60-minute grace period for international flights. If you need more time, you’d normally have to contact us while in transit to add additional increments, and then a $20 fee applies for every additional 15 minutes.

Here’s where Wait Time Plus changes the game. By adding this option at the time of booking, you pre-pay for the extra wait time you might need. For $40, you can add an extra 30 minutes of guaranteed wait time. This means you don’t have to call us if you’re running late—it’s already arranged, and your driver is guaranteed to stay as long as you’ve booked.
With Wait Time Plus, you have one less thing to worry about. Whether you’re navigating customs or waiting for luggage, your driver will be there. It’s perfect for major airports where delays are more common and gives you the ultimate peace of mind.
